Mr. Gaslight stops in the middle of his equation. Or maybe he's at the end of it. You're really not sure.

He turns around and he does not look happy.

"Am I boring you, Miss Valentine?" he asks. "That was you, wasn't it? Perhaps you'd like to come to the front of the class and do something entertaining. Hmm?"

Some of the students chuckle. You can see that some of them are holding back yawns. No one else wants Mr. Gaslight's attention on them.
