You take her hand in yours and say, “Shall we get going?”
“Sure,” she says cheerfully as you start down the trail. The path winds through the woods but quickly reaches a steep section. You pull each other up as you scramble up the trail and then arrive at a vista.
Standing on the edge of an overlook, you can see for miles in the distance looking out over the dense forest below you.
Yuriko takes a few steps in front of you. “Wow…” she says lost in thought as she takes in the view.
