If you don't know how to edit a page, I'd suggest looking at the tutorial [1].

A basic page starts with some text and then at the end has some links formatted like:

*[[FetishHotel/option1|option1]]

or

*[[FetishHotel/folder/option2|option2]]

This ensures that there is no mis-linking to other stories. Then we end with the Category label to ensure all the pages show up in the index:

[[Category: Fetish Hotel]]
