Downfall/Excuse yourself, you don't feel well enough to be of help

Although you feel pretty sick, you decide to help her. After how you behaved yesterday, it is out of the question for you not to help her. "Of course I'll come with you," you say. You go towards your room, quite shaky on your feet.

"You don't look good, Will, Juliann says. "You better stay here and cure your injury."

"I'm okay, mom. I'll manage."

"No buts," she says. "Go back to bed. A four year old would be a bigger help than you in your state."

You don't talk back. It's true - you feel terrible. You get back to your bed,lie down, and fall asleep almost instantly.
