Ozzal's Staff

Michelle Ozzal	Mike Lazzo	Tyrannical Head Governor of Actonia. Rose to her position after several years of working her way up through the military. Primarily motivated by the desire for more power. Has plans to cede Actonia to Comedia and then take the whole place over. When this falls through, goes after the Syndicate directly in order to crush her pesky opposition once and for all. Doesn't like being manipulated.
Goda	Ghost in the Shell: SAC 2nd Gig	Head of the elite Echelon unit. Has been secretly manipulating Ozzal as a member of the Order of Iron. Is dispatched by Ozzal after she has enough of his sass.
Professor M. Matrix	matrixman124	Ozzal's head scientist, who really likes tentacles. Has built various abominations like Goose Maverick, who has a tentacrotch, and his newest creation, Got-Ass, the Assborg. Developed the Stimulant drugs used to create supersoldiers for Ozzal. After being displaced in his lab by Rakshata and essentially considered disposable by Ozzal, leaves and joins the Syndicate, where he helps develop mechs and assists in the surgical unit during the war.
Larry Zorin	LAZY17	The unlucky assistant of Professor Matrix. He really loves science and was the top student in Action U. He was abducted soon after graduating. He really hates his life with Matrix and Amy. Finally manages to escape from Comdot, and joins up with the Syndicate. Is horrified when Matrix also joins the rebels but has been doing his best to deal with it. Appreciates the fact that his new comrades appreciate him.
Amy	Amalgam	The lovable, yet scary OTHER assistant of Matrix. She may have ADD. One of the diclonus created by LeVenture. She has a tendency to attack random people and bite the top of their heads.
Rakshata Chawla	Code Geass	Supplants Matrix as the head of Ozzal's research and development team. Primarily tasked with producing Knightmare frames for the initial assault on the rebels. Has no use for Matrix or his useless tentacles.
Van Argeno	Blood+	Was secretly working for Ozzal in an unspecified position. Was killed by Ozzal's security team after hooking up with Hikki in the Comdot prison.

Dewey Novak	Eureka seveN	Ozzal's main military contact, who was her right hand man as she rose through the ranks of the army. Is loyal to Ozzal despite being occasionally startled by her outbreaks of viciousness - up to the point when she shoots him during a tantrum.
Major Tom Taredan	Metatronda	Chief of Security at Comdot Estate, and also a Contractor who can summon fire. An honest man who does his duty in spite of the corruption around him. Has been set up by Goda and Dewey as the official military "face" of Ozzal's campaign to turn the masses against the Syndicate. Having become disgusted with his role in the corrupt government campaign, he has recently told off Goda.
Major Makina	Deadman Wonderland	Taredan's successor as Comdot Security Chief. Acts as Ozzal's bodyguard in her undisclosed location and serves as a liason with Comdot in the aftermath of the Blacken Uprising.
Trent Torrence	SwimTorrent	War general. Is always confused.
General Bernice Zoltron	SwimMod_Beezo	General heading Ozzal's campaign against Rantonia. Leads Ozzal's forces during the Blacken Uprising.
Dino	SwimOdin	An informant hiding in among Ozzal's security team. Has stayed in contact with Landon.
Anya Alstreim	Code Geass	Pilots a mech during the Blacken Uprising. Is killed by Clarice.
Bartley	Code Geass	A general stationed in Rantonia.
Bismarck Waldstein	Code Geass	One of Ozzal's Knightmare frame pilots. Smashes up Hikki and Samson's Knightmare, critically injuring Samson, but is later defeated by Hikki.
Jeremiah Gottwald	Code Geass	A former army officer who was critically wounded in Rantonia and reconstructed by Matrix. Becomes a crazy-ass Knightmare frame pilot who has it out for Hikki for wearing an orange tie. Finally confronts Hikki but is melonbombed after an intense fight with Urizane.
Kallen Kozuki	Code Geass	Annoying mech pilot and fanservice whore who shows up in battle long enough for Hikki to use her mech to blow up Bismarck.
Zolf J. Kimbley	Fullmetal Alchemist	Psycho alchemist in Ozzal's army who can blow people up with his hands. Fights and is presumably killed by Tres.

Roy Mustang	Fullmetal Alchemist	Leader of a unit in the Babblstan War. Lost most of his team, including his fiancee Riza Hawkeye, and since then has been AWOL. When he hears that Riza is alive he comes to Orly looking for her, and later joins the Syndicate.
Jean Havoc	Fullmetal Alchemist	Mustang's partner and the only other surviving member of his unit (besides Hawkeye). Good with guns. Is currently with the Syndicate.
Riza "Hawkeye" Yuy	Fullmetal Alchemist	Subordinate and fiancee of Roy Mustang. Suffered amnesia during their final battle in Babblstan. Later married Heero Yuy and joined him as a freelance sniper team. After her husband's death she has a brief sexual encounter with Angel Sarcasta and then commits suicide.
Frank Archer	Fullmetal Alchemist	Led a unit that oppressed refugees in the desert, including Elizabeth Saurie St. Gaurdsmen. She blew him up with a grenade, and he was rescued and outfitted with automail by Da Sombras. As a member of the Cool Mexicanos he fights against the Syndicate at the mansion. He had intended to take his revenge on Elizabeth, but she kills him instead.

HOLY Unit (Disbanded)

The HOLY unit was created by Ryuho and Straight Cougar as a safe haven for often-mistreated Alter users. It became a very tight-knit and autonomous group until Ozzal disbanded it last year because she saw it as a threat to her power. Some of its former members remained with the military, and some retired from active duty.

Ryuho	s-CRY-ed	Founder and commander of the HOLY unit, who takes great pride in his abilities. Fights with his humanoid Alter, Zetsuei. Was furious when Ozzal disbanded his unit, but joined the Echelon rather than leaving the military. Has a rivalry with Kazuma and sees Cougar as a traitor for aiding the Syndicate.
Straight Cougar	s-CRY-ed	Co-founder of HOLY who stayed with the military as a kind of freelancer. Is an ally of the Syndicate and ultimately leaves the military to join the rebellion full-time. His Alter, Radical Good Speed, is all about the fast.
Scheris Adjani	s-CRY-ed	Scheris' Alter, Eternal Devote, can heal or hurt others as she wills. She was in love with Ryuho while the two of them were comrades, but he probably mostly ignored her. After leaving HOLY she took up residence in a cottage in the countryside with Urizane and Elian. Comes to the Syndicate base and assists in the infirmary during the war.
Urizane	s-CRY-ed	Urizane's watermelon Alter can be used for transport or making things explode. He's a slob but a pretty reliable guy. Lives with Scheris and Elian after leaving HOLY. Joins the war and dies saving Hikki from Jeremiah Gottwald.
Elian	s-CRY-ed	A boy whose Alter gives him long-range surveillance powers. Is currently living with Scheris and Urizane, and uses his Alter to gather information for Cougar. Provides surveillance and communication to the rebels during the war.
