Towards the New World is an Eureka seveN fanfic written by FurionTassadar. As a community fanfic, its main cast is composed primarily of ADers. Like most fan fictions featuring ADers, the characters were submitted in a separate thread by users to be added to the story.
The first chapter was posted on June 8th, 2008, with new chapters planned for release every Sunday.

Plot
Towards the New World takes place a few years after the end of Eureka 7. The members of Gekkostate have parted ways, a new government and military has been put into place, and, all and all, Earth is doing it’s best to achieve a sense of “normalcy” now that the (hopefully) final Summer of Love has occurred. A whole new generation of lifters, LFO pilots, military officers, journalists, rave hippies, mechanics, and more have sprung up and are looking to step boldly into the seemingly bright new future of the world.
However, things aren’t all pleasant. A new and vicious Voderac cult has sprung up with the belief that the world needs to be “purified” before the scub corals return. Additionally, and unbeknownst to the new military, a contingency plan put into effect by the late Dewey Novak has activated, with the intent of finishing what the Colonel started….
