The Order of Glass

The obligatory mysterious third organization. Whereas the Syndicate are technically the good guys, and the Echelon/Actionia government are the bad guys, the Order is meant to be the group that exists between the two, with questionable motives and methods of operation. "Ends justify the means" kind of people. Fortunately, they don't seem to like Ozzal all that much, and many of the members operating in Actionia are sympathetic to the Syndicate's cause.

Their sole source of identification are their glass crosses, which they wear around their necks. These things have a tendency to flap around quite a bit in the wind, and will probably really hurt someone someday as a result. They also make great gifts.

The group goes by the motto "No connections, no regrets," meaning that they stay as uninvolved as possible in the conflicts they moderate. However, a few of them have worked more closely with the Syndicate as active observers, participating in the rescue of Raef. Father John Sadar in particular has befriended some of the Syndicate members. Those who were involved with the Syndicate withdrew during the Echelon raids.

When the Syndicate confronts their former leader Landon Blaken and the Cool Mexicanos, Sadar reconsiders his group's motto and realizes that personal relationships can make people stronger and that pushing them away may be a mistake. He joins in the fight and later proposes that the Order of Glass be disbanded and merged with the Syndicate. Samson decides that the two should remain distinct entities, but accepts Sadar's offer to join forces.

The Order of Glass is in direct opposition to the Order of Iron, and has been for centuries. Iron tried to take over the world, but when they entered the Land of the Rising Big Red Dot, Ichigo Kurosaki stood in opposition to them and fought them back. He was the founder of Glass in this sense.

The Order of Glass operates all around the world, with branches in each country.

Actonia Branch

The Actonia branch is the strongest branch of the Order of Glass.

Has befriended Samson and Jake Thompson. Is an object of fixation for Emiri, who also questions his loyalties and integrity. After being confronted by Samson, who believes that Sadar and his Glass comrades abandoned the Syndicate in their time of need, Sadar reconsiders his policy of unattachment and comes to his friends' aid at the mansion.
Kaia Namek	namek_kaia	Originally from Toonamia and a member of the Order of Glass there, Kaia is a master of chi, which gives her supernaturally good jumping skills. Has healing abilities and an unrequited thing for Sadar.
Kirara Amour	kiraralove	A newer Order member who specializes in spy operations and was part of the Gunsmoke group who helped free Raef from Comdot.
Roxanne "Roxie" Goldsmith (formerly Godderson)	anime_goddess05	Former Soul Reaper (as a young teen) and more recently former coroner who has directly aided the Syndicate. Is married to fellow Order member Solomon.
Solomon Goldsmith	Blood+	Roxie's husband, Chevalier, and partner. Possibly the former leader of the Order branch from the Land of the Rising Big Red Dot.
Winry Rockbell	Fullmetal Alchemist	Roxie's former assistant in the coroner's lab, who accompanies her to the Order and is currently being trained by Kaia.
Cid	cidthekittyisfun	Partner and twin to Proof.
Proof	NoProof91	Partner and twin to Cid. Is always being attacked by Hedwig.
Hedwig	Shins	Spends most of his free time planning ways to stab and kill Proof, his mortal enemy and best friend.
Band	bandnerdswimfan	A young priest with inhuman speed. Is killed after being revealed as a mole from the Order of Iron.
Jakob the Liar	jakobtheliar12	A con man who rides a motorcycle. Trains Winry after she joins the Order.
Kisuke Urahara	Bleach	Has healing abilities. Is friends with Yoruichi, who sometimes does favors for him.
Uryuu Ishida	Bleach	A Quincy.
Kuze	Ghost in the Shell: SAC 2nd Gig	Is hawt.
Aoi	Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex	Loves reading books. Helps out at Ghost's Book Shop.

The second-strongest branch of the Order of Glass.
