hello, I know I am probably not posting this in the right place, but I was looking for a #zork IRC channel and I ended up here.

I have a complaint to make. This is pretty self-explanatory:

Glacier Room This is a large room, with giant icicles hanging from the walls and ceiling. There are passages to the north and east. A mass of ice fills the western half of the room.

>save

Please supply a filename for save Ok.

>light stick You can't turn that on.

>light match One of the matches starts to burn.

>light stick You can't turn that on.

>light lamp It is already on. The match has gone out.

>burn stickk You can't see any such thing.

>burn stick What do you want to burn the broken sharp stick with?

>burn stick with match With a matchbook??!?

>light match One of the matches starts to burn.

>burn stick I don't think you can burn a broken sharp stick.

>melt ice What do you want to melt the glacier with?

>melt ice with match Part of the glacier melts, drowning you under a torrent of water. As you take your last breath, you feel relieved of your burdens. The feeling passes as you find yourself before the gates of Hell, where the spirits jeer at you and deny you entry. Your senses are disturbed. The objects in the dungeon appear indistinct, bleached of color, even unreal. The room looks strange and unearthly and objects appear indistinct. Entrance to Hades You are outside a large gateway, on which is inscribed

"Abandon every hope, all ye who enter here."

The gate is open; through it you can see a desolation, with a pile of mangled corpses in one corner. Thousands of voices, lamenting some hideous fate, can be heard. The way through the gate is barred by evil spirits, who jeer at your attempts to pass. The match has gone out.

That is to say: I died by MELTING A GLACIER WITH A MATCH! That's just not right... Anyways, let me know if there is a better way to post such things...
