The Vartak are the elite warriors of the Mokna tribe. Led by Dimitri Greeneye, their name strikes fear into the hearts of Kashrak's soldiers. Known for their tremendous strength and ferocity, the Vartak are chosen during infancy, separated from their families, and trained in the arts of battle. Vartak children are marked at birth by Cernin, the god of beasts, who grants them the fangs and claws so many Cerneen lack. Some Vartak are venemous, some can see in the dark, some can speak with animals, change shapes, or breathe underwater.
