  3. Update volproj recon module
    something is wrong with the c++ code. It doesn't give the same results as matlab. (write out results to file and load it with matlab...)
  4. Update image registration document (rtViewer part)

    • Run Rufous in multicoil mode and see the sum of square thing.
    • Copy the volproj movies and draft a small presentation.
