Nominally headed by Tony Mattren who is currently in a coma, it is responsible for carrying out diplomacy with other nations. Mike Trimble and Marcus Tenby have recently come to prominence in their negotiations.

It is suspected that President Sadner is replacing the diplomats with his own people.
