Fletcher Reise is the eldest living 'Solitaire' who is active. He is also physically the strongest, but slowest. He has had the least modification out of all of them. He was trained by Drax to act as Kathryne's bodyguard after he found out about the Project.

Supposedly born in Ligonza to parents Moyra and Kennedy Reise, he was in fact given to them by the state. He was raised in Ligonza and had an adoptive brother who passed away. He now acts as a father figure to his two neices, of which one is Daphne Reise who is in fact his biological sister (also given to the Reise family by the state). He was the first in the second generation of 'Solitaires', the result of a top secret genetic enhancement project known as the Solitaire Project. He was educated at the University of Ligonza and became a high ranking civil servant in the department of environmental affairs, before discovering his abilities as a Solitaire and ending up in the employ of his biological brother Konstantin, allong with his 'neice' Daphne Reise.
He is usually called Fletch.
