DOGGIE: doggie has a tip for you

SKULLB: ... Really.

DOGGIE: head to the warehouse in district five and ask for the man in white

SKULLB: Wh... what?

DOGGIE: in due time sir in due time

With that, doggie disappears in a puff of love.
