Not your average cat.

Cat is the self-proclaimed leader of the housepet trio. He, along with his buddies, Dog and Bunny, go on many adventures. Their show's ("The Cat, Dog and Bunny show") pilot episode follows Cat and his buddy's adventure into a cosplay convention.

You could call him a moron, because he has the intellect of a 7-year old child, although somehow he got his driver's license and owns a van which he uses to carry around the gang.
