Skills and Connections: expert hacker and programmer, can design and build small machines, expert cryptographer, all-round tech guy, maintains a high-security private network for hackers from around the world
Personality and Background: Harold, or Takegawa as he prefers to be called, is half Japanese - his father travelled to America from Japan. Skeptical of America and its politics for most of his life, he is now unable to leave thanks to the government's new laws and his boyfriend, Leon, was convicted of sodomy. Out to avenge him and hopefully leave some day, he is a fairly prominent figure in the Resistance given he houses several unmonitored servers used by its more technologically inclined members in the branch's headquarters.
