Clean Queen Team exit the Worm Cup
Clean Queen Team are the first major seed to crash out of the Worm Cup after they lost their Second Round match against The Twits 2-0 after extra time. Clean Queen Team drew the sixth seeds in the Second Round after failing to top their group. 2008 Champions Cyborgs are also out after finishing second in their group. Villains Win Worm Cup Again
Highly fancied The Villains No.1 have won the Worm Cup for the fifth time, and the first on home soil. The final was played in Berlin, against old rivals Sonic Team. When interviewed by a reporter, Vice-Captain Drachior had this to say:
"What a night! We have done it again! I have heard so many times about how we are under par, but now we win again, so I hope that is now forgotten".

For now, I will just play for Sonic Team and finish my career after a while. I will retire from International Worming when Sonic Team do very well. I wish to leave on a high."
