Alma Del Mar Jr, named for her mother, was born to Ennis Del Mar and his wife in the mid 1960's, the eldest of two daughters. Her parents divorced when she was young, and she got engaged to a "Kurt" at the end of the film. She had a beautiful relationship with her father after the family split.
Where canon left off, Alma got married the same year but shortly after met Bobby Twist, the son of her father's lover, Jack Twist. They began an affair much like that of their fathers, and out of that barbaric love, Andrew Del Mar Twist was born. Alma divorced Kurt and stuck around with Bobby for four years before they were all transported to an alternate dimension, where Bobby met someone and she ended the romantic part of the relationship.
In that, she met Mark House, and what started out as playful fun grew into love she never thought she could feel. She and Mark alternated visits between New York (where he lived) and Park City Utah (where she and her family lived). After undergoing chemotherapy for Ovarian cancer, things were getting very serious when Alma and Drew were transported here, to God's cozy little world, followed by Mark, who has a surprise waiting for her, not knowing she has quite the surprise for him too!

Mark and Alma were engaged in March, when she also revealed that she was pregnant. They found out, a couple of weeks later that they were expecting twin girls. On April 27th they wed, and on May 10th Alma gave birth to their daughters, Aubrey Lynn and Audra Lee House.
However shortly before the wedding Alma had pissed off Lucifer and subsequently, he'd changed her face. She made a deal with him to have it back for one day, their wedding day and he never billed her directly for it. She managed to permanently retain her natural features and then on June 4th, Lucifer collected his debt in the form of Mark and Alma's three week old daughter Audra's soul.
She blames herself, and her and Mark have been in a state of mourning over a week now (being lying in bed with Aubrey most of the day).Adding fuel to the fire, Orlinda recently outed a new, older version of Alma's son Drew for banging both older versions of Reina and Sofia wood, and a 15 year old version of Aubrey has shown up.

Mark disappeared, so Alma was retconned to never remember the marriage or twins, she only remembers Bree and thinks she's a favor from God when she was separated from Mark upon arrival.
She's was briefly kidnapped by the Joker and is dating Nick Stokes.
