Bellatrix believes, after years spent at Voldemort's side, that she is superior not only to Muggles but to a great deal of the wizarding world at large. She's quick to anger, especially in matters involving the Dark Lord and his legacy, and ruthless in the meting of what she considers to be justice. She treats much else with either cold indifference or disgust.

That aside, she's probably not the person you want to run into in a dark alley or have a heated argument with. I mean. *coughs* She's really nice and precious and a lovely person to be around. Dazzling personality, really. If you like having lunch with a starved lion, I mean.
