Heather Bram is from SciFi Channel's The Dresden Files, based on the novel series by Jim Butcher.
Heather has her own short listing in the Dresden tv wiki. She appears in one episode: "Hair of the Dog". She may have shown up again later had the series not been canceled.
Heather is a werewolf. She was bitten by a rogue FBI agent who was trying to 'cure' herself.
Heather Bram is played by Highlander II.
