Carter comes from the end of season 11, or the first time he went to Africa. Upon heading home to the states, he finds himself in an alternate universe. It should be noted that Gamma and Gampa are both dead, thus Carter is one of the richest men in his home universe. It should also be noted he is still in love with Abby, and Kem has not crossed his path, nor will she.
John Truman Carter III is from ER and is played by Misha.
