Alma Del Mar Jr, named for her mother, was born to Ennis Del Mar and his wife in the mid 1960's, the eldest of two daughters. Her parents divorced when she was young, and she got engaged to a "Kurt" at the end of the film. She had a beautiful relationship with her father after the family split.

Where canon left off, Alma got married the same year but shortly after met Bobby Twist, the son of her father's lover, Jack Twist. They began an affair much like that of their fathers, and out of that barbaric love, Andrew Del Mar Twist was born. Alma divorced Kurt and stuck around with Bobby for four years before they were all transported to an alternate dimension, where Bobby met someone and she ended the romantic part of the relationship.

In that, she met Mark House, and what started out as playful fun grew into love she never thought she could feel. She and Mark alternated visits between New York (where he lived) and Park City Utah (where she and her family lived). After undergoing chemotherapy for Ovarian cancer, things were getting very serious when Alma and Drew were transported here, to God's cozy little world, followed by Mark, who has a surprise waiting for her, not knowing she has quite the surprise for him too!
