Centuria Helene Malfoy, is an original character from the Harry Potter universe. She is the younger sister of Lucius Malfoy, by some fifteen years, and was regarded by her parents to be an unplanned and unwelcome addition.

Background
Centuria was born in 1969, the younger sister of Lucius Malfoy. Her conception was considered an accident and she was generally looked down on by her family, especially her brother, who despised her existence. After her father, Abraxas, died of dragon pox, her brother's malice towards her went unchecked, until she left at age 11 for Hogwarts.
She disappointed the family by being sorted into Hufflepuff, instead of the much more prestigious--in their eyes--Slytherin. In an effort to "redeem" her, whom her mother and brother regarded as "weak", Lucius, in late 1980, made a bargain with Walburga Black, who was also looking to make some use of her disowned son, Sirius, and keep the Black name in play. In secret, the two mothers drew up a betrothal contract between the "children", and then informed the young girl of her fate. She in turn told her head of house, Amelia Teagarden, who informed Dumbledore. The headmaster in turn told Sirius, who confronted his mother. Dumbledore attempted to destroy the contract, but it, and a ring given to Centuria by Walburga Black, were both bound with Dark magic and could not be undone.
Feeling sorry for her friend, and for the young girl caught in all of this, Lily Potter befriended Centuria and nicknamed her "Teri". Unfortunately, the Potters retreated into hiding not long after. Teri didn't spend much time with any of the Order of the Phoenix after that, spending the summer at home at Malfoy Manner with her brother, his wife Narcissa, and her one-year-old nephew, Draco.
It would be the last summer Teri spent in England. Barely two months into her second year at Hogwarts, Voldemort tracked down and killed the Potters. Fearing that Sirius, who was arrested for killing twelve Muggles and Peter Pettigrew, would somehow come after twelve-year-old Teri, Dumbledore and Remus Lupin sent her and Amelia into hiding in America, reporting them killed by Death Eaters. The laws regarding schooling in America were less stringent than in England, so the newly christened Teri Malloy was sent to a Muggle school system, and her training in magic was conducted at home.

As an adult, Teri, and her "aunt" Amelia, ran a florist shop and greenhouse, until Amelia's death a few days before Voldemort and the Death Eaters invaded the Ministry of Magic and the Department of Mysteries in "Order of The Phoenix". In Teri's universe, Sirius was not killed that night, but ended up transported to where she was in America, with near-total amnesia. He was believed dead, but only Teri and Dumbledore, who came to tell her of his innocence and subsequent death, knew the truth. It was their plan to keep his continued existence a secret until such time as his memory returned.
Teri arrived in the UTR game via the Vortex, shortly after she and Sirius had decided to marry. Within days, she discovered that not only could she not return home, she was pregnant. The Sirius of that world despised her, and she was alone until she took a job working with the Winchesters.
She felt an immediate attraction to Sam Winchester, and would have liked to explore the possibilities, if not for her curse. God answered her prayers and removed the ring, but that same night, Sam was turned into an infant.
She helped Dean Winchester take care of the baby Sam for a month, until, once again, she was whisked away.
Now
After arriving in the new world God had set up, Teri had a conflict with her Sirius and had God send him away. She called Sam, who came to her aid, and they acted on their mutual attraction and are officially a couple.
On December 27, 2007, Teri gave birth to Alistair John Winchester. As he was born eight weeks early, "AJ" spent 17 days in the NICU, and 4 days in the regular nursery, before he was sent home.
