Blanca is the cat with the alterable face. She roams from town to town using the Nintendo Wifi Connection. She will appear in your town with a face drawn on by the person whose town she was last in, and you can embarrass her into letting you change it. The face editor is identical to the one used for creating patterns at the Able Sisters.
