Harriet is a poodle, who runs Shampoodle, a hair styling salon. She begins to appear in the game once you've acquired Nookingtons. Only one person can visit her at a time, and you can only have your hair done once a day. After this, she will recognise that you have had your hair done, and run out of supplies. This applies even if you visit her in another town.
After a while, she will offer you hairstyles of the opposite gender, which can result in much amusement. It is unknown what her policy of working with children is, but she has little to no contact with Timmy and Tommy anyway.
