I'm wondering if there has been any consideration of setting up a clear area for large original source material? For example the articles from eVinaya. That way if authors wanted to include original work that would not be subject to editing they could. In the English Wikipedia it says concerning wikisource that ''All texts collected are free of copyright, either because this has expired or because the text has been released under a GNU Free Documentation License.''. So we could definately host old works like the 'Sacred Books of the East'. I am not sure if for example Ajahn Brahm would want his stuff to be under the CC 2.5 licence we use here. Even though we wouldn't change it, somebody else might copy it and do so. But in that case they would still have to mention te original at WikiVinaya.
