Species Biography
Florauna are from the planet Flors Verdance. They are plant-based aliens with five legs, four-fingered claws, and Venus flytrap-shaped flaps covering their heads. Florauna are able to grow very quickly so long as they are exposed to sunlight and water. When exposed to cold, kept from sunlight, or deprived of a water source, however, they quickly wither up. Florauna can grow any part of their bodies at will, allowing them to stretch their limbs or grow spikes at will (thus making sharp claws). They also have regrowable seeds on their backs that can be used as explosives, knockout grenades, or smoke grenades. Sentient vegetation, Florauna possess all the adaptive abilities of the plant life they come into contact with. Depending on the environmental conditions, they are able to grow vines, thorns, flowers and/or fruits in a dazzling array of colors and variations.
Planet Biography
Covered in lush rainforests, Flors Verdance is a green world of living plants whose inhabitants is literally one with their environment. Due to the three suns that orbit this planet, the weather cycle changes rapidly and life spans cycle seasonally.
Biography
Wildvine is a plant-based alien with five legs, four-fingered claws, and Venus flytrap-shaped flaps covering his head. He can grow any part of his body fairly quickly, allowing him to stretch his limbs or grow spikes at will. He also has eight regrowable pods on his back that act as powerful explosives. What weaknesses, or any extra benefits, this form may have are unknown, since it has had limited screen time thus far. However, given the fact that he is a plant, it seems reasonable to assume that Wildvine would be stronger in sunlight (owing to photosynthesis) and would likely be vulnerable to temperature extremes and herbicides.
