EJR Manufacturing is an American manufacturing company founded in Edwin J. Richards in 1936.

In 1942, EJR Manufacturing began making supplies and equipment for World War II.

In 1952, EJR Manufacturing was interested in joining the North American car market. In 1957 a prototype was created called the RMC-1. However, in 1959 the company decided to delay production or the car. In 1972, RMC Motors shut down.

In 1974, Edwin J. Richards decided to pass on his company to his son and to retire.

In 1976, EJR Manufacturing purchased Cool Breeze Beverages, a small juice manufacturer.

In 1989, Kevin Richards' son, Alex Richards, became vice-president of EJR Manufacturing.

In 1993 when a merger was formed between EJR Manufacturing and Jayatsu Industrial. A new company was created to represent both companies called Am-Kor Limited.

In 1996, Alex Richards became head of EJR Manufacturing after Kevin Richards retired in 1995.

In 1998, Alex Richards became the official head of Am-Kor Limited. Alex's brother, Adam Richards became CEO of EJR Manufacturing.
