Mississlippy is a website founded in 2002 by "Matthew." The site began on Expage, and was moved to Freewebs.

History
Beginnings
Mississlippy began in late 2002 as a small page on Expage. The website focused on humor and jokes. Shortly after, Mississlippy launched into groups.msn.com with the help of a friend.
New Home. New Features.
In 2004, Mississlippy moved operations to Freewebs.com.
In 2006, Mississlippy started a yearly tradition. Each year, they create a list of movies that are expected to be released that year. Although, some movies that are listed get pushed back to a different year.
2007
2007 was a mixed year for the site. Early in the year, they found out that Expage would be shutting down. Later in the year, they learned that their groups.msn.com page has been shut down by Microsoft due to inactivity.
However, Mississlippy Media Inc. was launched in 2007. Mississlippy Media Inc. is the video production team that produces the series, "Idiots".
Also, the first new joke in three years was added to the site.
