The Rezzi Tractor Corporation (pronounced rez-e) is an American business that manufacturers and sells tractors and farm equipment. The company was founded in 1873 by John Alexander as JAFE.

Purchase

In 1994, the company was purchased by by the RA Group. In 1997, the name was changed to RA Farm Equipment. By 2001, the company was in financial trouble and in 2002, approximately 15 RA dealers were shut down and turned into Wal-Marts. In 2004, the company closed all together.

Second Purchase

In 2005, the company was purchased by an undisclosed person. In 2006, a new company emerged with an untitled business that was described as a farm equipment dealer. In August of 2006, the .
