[edit] His Life
Robert Michael Head was born in 1927 to parents George and Fran.
[edit] Head Radio
In 1974, Dick founded Head Radio. Head Radio originally played disco music until 1981 when it switched format to rock. In 1995 Head Radio switched again to soft rock and adult contemporary.
In 1996, Donald Love bought a controlling interest of Head Radio. Head Radio was put into ownership by Love Media.
In 2003, Robert Head died after he was shot by an unknown person. A month later, Love bought the remaining share from Head's remaining relatives.
In 2005, Head Radio was changed completely. The station changed the format again, this time to classic rock and is now known as Liberty Rock Radio. In 2007, Love launched a similar station in Vice City known as "Vice City Rock Radio."
