WR:Rfa. It is a long process by the way. The Rfa lasts a month, then you do not get the tools until 2 weeks after the Rfa ended. Then you are a junior sysop(that means you are being watched by a sysop). People are usualy junior sysops for 1 month but if the sysop thinks you need to be watched longer you will be watched for another month by a different sysop.
