Any users maybe blocked for inappropriate usernames, personal attacks etc, and being rude indefinitely. No warnings are nessecary in this case.

In the case of IP vandalism, people will get a first warning. If there is vandalism 3 times in 2 minutes people may be blocked without no warning for 1-3 hours. In all other IP cases there will be the warning as above, a 12 hour block, 24 hour block, 1 month block, 6 month block, 1 year block, and then infinite.

In the case of the usernames, users will recieve two warnings which will be followed by an admin blocking of 24 hours, one more warning, 48 hours block, 1 week block, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and then infinite.
