Usage examples:

• {{T|Foo Bar}} custom title
• {{T|align=center}} centered
• {{T|align=right}} aligned to the right
• {{T|Foo Bar|align=center}} etc

• {{T|Foo|usecss=yes}} Uses old title hack method using css. This hides voting boxes, and has some other problems, so only use where the normal version won't work.
