For your business to survive in the new age, it's important to make sure your website is the best representation of who you are and what you do. Not only should visitors and potential customers and clients be able to easily navigate menus and click straight through to points of sale, but the work done to optimize the backend is necessary to ensure Google likes you enough to keep you on top of relevant search. With your staff's workload, however, you may feel it's necessary to hire an SEO firm to handle these tasks. In reality, maintaining the search optimization for your website is simpler than you think, and less expensive when you keep it in house.
Rather than hand your website over to an outsourced group, you have the option instead of bringing SEO experts into your office for a series of workshops designed to train staff to take charge of various aspects of site optimization - everything from keeping the code clean for spiders to better cache your information, to properly linking anchor text. Even if there are people in your office with some experience in maintaining websites and working to achieve high rankings in Google and Yahoo, the benefit of SEO training keeps everybody up to date on new paradigms in search, so you can stay ahead of your competition.
Why is it better to keep your SEO strategies in-house? For one, it's less expensive than outsourcing. You have the option of bringing in one or two employees to do the work, or parsing the responsibilities among your current staff. Also, keeping the web work inside retains security. Let's say you're interested in hiring an SEO firm. There is the risk, either during or after your tenure, that the firm could sign on to work with a competing business, and apply the techniques used to help you toward their success. Why let that happen, when you can control your search rankings?
Search optimization training presents intensive groundwork for your Internet success. When you hire trained SEO agents to demonstrate the steps involved in creating and promoting a powerful web presence that includes your website, social media profiles, videos and even e-mail marketing, you'll discover that the time invested in SEO will not divert from your company's duties, and as certain staff become more proficient in optimization your business will reap more benefits. Keep the business of your website in-house for an affordable solution by hiring an SEO trainer.

The future of Amazon delivery, weste moncler
Drones may soon be landing on your doorstep, moncler germany, if Amazon founder and CEO Jeff Bezos has anything to say about it.
Bezos revealed Sunday night during an interview with 60 Minutesthat the service, known as Amazon Prime Air,could be ready for customers in four to five years. "I know this looks like science fiction,?id=1," Bezos told CBS' Charlie Rose. "It not."
In a demo video shown by Bezos and later posted to Amazon YouTube channel, a small unmanned aerial vehicle is shown carrying a delivery from an Amazon distribution center to a customer front door.
Bezos said the small, moncler jacken, environmentally friendly "octocopter" drones would be able to deliver objects up to five lbs. within a 10 mile radius of any Amazon distribution center in 30 minutes or less. But while the company hopes to make the technology available by the time the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) works out the rules for commercial drone use,?id=84, Amazon could face criticism and anxieties from customers worried about safety.
"The hard part here is putting in all the redundancy, moncler graz, all the reliability,.de/lebens, all the systems you need to say, moncler online shop men, 'Look,.de/lebens, this thing can land on somebody head while they walking around their neighborhood,?id=31,'" Bezos said of the motors in the protoype drone that prevents it from crashing.

BU graduate Pete Souza on the hot seat as White House photographer
WASHINGTON Few ceremonies at the White House over the last five years have eluded the lens of Pete Souza, President Barack Obama's chief photographer and almost constant companion. One that did was Souza's wedding, which was held last month in the Rose Garden with the president among 35 friends and family members on hand.
Permitting a private citizen to use the Rose Garden for a personal event is extraordinarily unusual, and it attests to the deep ties the president and his photographer have forged, as Souza has shadowed Obama on virtually every day of his presidency.
Now, though, Souza's privileged access combined with the rise of services like Facebook, Flickr and Instagram, moncler weste kaufen, which has allowed the White House to distribute his official photos rapidly to the news media is generating tension between him and the news photographers who are assigned to the White House.
In a letter two weeks ago to the press secretary, Jay Carney, the White House Correspondents' Association and other news organizations, including The New York Times, protested that the White House routinely excluded news photographers from sessions with the president and then released photographs of the events, usually taken by Souza.
"You are, moncler, in effect, replacing independent journalism with visual press releases," said the letter, which criticized the White House's policy as "an arbitrary restraint and unwarranted interference in legitimate news gathering activities."
At the best of times, the relationship between outside photographers and the White House's in house one is fraught: They jostle for the same image of the president, but the official photographer is invariably three steps ahead of them when the president works a rope line or is in the Oval Office for his meeting while they wait outside.
Souza, a plain spoken 58 year old who was a news photographer for The Chicago Tribune before moving to the White House, said he believed that photographers had better access to Obama than they did to President Ronald Reagan, whom he documented in an earlier stint as a White House photographer.
Still, he said he understood the frustration of the news photographers and has advocated more access for them to a point.
"It's legitimate for them to push for more access, and in some cases I think their arguments are valid, and in some instances I think their arguments aren't valid, moncler jacke herren," Souza said last week in an interview in his cubbyhole office in the West Wing.
This traditional tug of war has been exacerbated by digital technology, which the White House has exploited to distribute his pictures, often soon after he takes them. That puts Souza in de facto competition with other photographers since, outlet moncler jacken, owing to his access, his photos are sometimes more newsworthy than theirs.
"The core issue is the White House uses his images and disseminates them to the public, and they become the only historical document of events," said J. David Ake,moncler westen, the assistant bureau chief for photos at The Associated Press.
Doug Mills, a longtime White House photographer for The Times, added: "It's not about Pete. It's that we see Pete's pictures of things that we're not getting access to, and that's incredibly frustrating for all the photographers who cover the White House."
David Hume Kennerly, the official photographer for President Gerald R. Ford, said:
"Everybody is trying to come to terms with the impact of social media. I don't know what the right balance is, but I understand his position in terms of the historical record."
Indeed, Souza's principal job is to document the presidency, moncler jacken men, and all of his photographs, moncler jacken 2011, published and unpublished, are filed in the National Archives.
White House officials say Souza is being turned into a scapegoat for a press corps frustrated by how technology is upending its business. (The Times, they note, charges clients a service fee for reprinting Souza's pictures and sends him royalty checks, which he does not cash.) They also say the public benefits from behind the scenes images, like Souza's dramatic shot of Obama and aides watching the raid on Osama bin Laden in 2011.
"When there are decisions to release photos, those are made by the press office,.de/lebens," said the deputy press secretary, Josh Earnest. "We've always acknowledged there is a difference between what Pete does and what independent photographers do."
That difference was evident in the case of the bin Laden photo, which the White House digitally altered to blur out a classified document on a table in front of Hillary Rodman Clinton, then the secretary of state. Souza said he had tried to get the document declassified to show it in the image, and when his request was rejected, he opted to airbrush it because otherwise the White House would not have released it.
Souza bridles at the suggestion that the White House has doctored other images. "I would never allow any of my pictures, or pictures which are taken by the photographers who work for me, to be airbrushed," he said.
For both sides, the tension has turned personal. Hours after the letter was delivered, the White House hastily gathered photographers to record Obama signing bills in the Oval Office. In what the photographers saw as an aggressive gesture, Souza snapped them as they pointed their lenses and then posted the picture on Twitter.
Critics raised questions about Souza's use of his role when he split off from Obama's trip to Boston last month to take in a World Series game between the Boston Red Sox and
the St. Louis Cardinals. He wound up taking pictures behind the Red Sox on deck circle.
A friend of Souza's said he had gotten a standing room ticket from a photographer he knew, who had then invited him into the press box when another photographer did not show.
On Thursday, Souza, who is an avid user of social media, posted a picture of a trussed turkey on his Facebook page, with a message wishing his friends a happy Thanksgiving "yes, even those who have been dumping on me and what I do."
The dispute has left some White House photographers feeling torn, moncler strickjacke, because most have worked with Souza and welcomed him, as a member of their sometimes gruff fraternity, when he started the job. "We were happy to see Pete get the job," said Khue Bui, who has shot photos at the White House for The Washington Post, Newsweek and The Associated Press. "I've always liked a lot of his work."
A native of Massachusetts and a graduate of Boston University, Souza came up on newspapers in the Midwest before landing his first gig in the White House. He stayed in Washington, working for The Tribune, which assigned him and a political reporter, Jeff Zeleny, to a project documenting the new senator from Illinois, Barack Obama.
With fly on the wall access and a photographer's ability to disappear into the background, Souza hit it off with Obama and his key aide, Robert Gibbs. He is one of a group who plays spades with the president on Air Force One, and of the 315 trips Obama has made by the count of the CBS News veteran Mark Knoller he has traveled on all but two.
"He trusts me," Souza said. "I'm there when everything is happening, moncler aufnäher, and I think for history's sake, that's a good thing."

A Great Seasonal Opportunity
Maury Fertig, CPA, Co founder and Chief Investment Officer, Relative Value Partners LLC
Maury Fertig: We started our firm in 2004 and prior to that my partner, Bob Huffman, and I were with Salomon Brothers where we spent 17 years covering institutional clients. In looking for a second career we decided that there was a real lack of options for investment professionals in terms of having their money managed with an eye towards performance. So that was the basis on which we started our company: to manage our own money and that of many of the colleagues that we had worked with at various Wall Street firms over the years.
We figured that we'd try and build a model that was a little different than what was out there, moncler ausverkauf, because for most of the professionals their choices were going to a brokerage firm or doing it themselves. Since they were very busy, we would provide an alternative approach.
Wally Forbes: So you were aimed at other investment professionals as your clients, jacke von moncler. Is that correct?
Fertig: That's correct. That is the core of our client base. When we opened the door, at least during our first couple years, 75% to 80% of our assets under management were all from people who worked on Wall Street or people that worked at money management firms. It's not quite as dominated by investment professionals as it was back then, but they still make up at least 40% of our client base.
Forbes: Right. It's very interesting that your client base is made up of people who are professionals in the business themselves.
Fertig: We have clients who work at all the major Wall Street firms and at many of the larger investment management firms around the country. This forces you to be at the top of your game, moncler jacke damen, because you're dealing with sophisticated investors that really understand how they are doing. We can't sweet talk our way around poor performance.
In order to generate some real alpha (excess return), we incorporated closed end funds into our strategies. I had been investing in closed end funds since the late '80s and found them a fascinating place that is driven by the emotional investing of retail investors. It creates phenomenal opportunities at different points in time if you can take advantage of the situation.
Forbes: So it's funds you stick to? Not individual securities but funds?
Fertig: That's correct. ETFs and closed end funds. We figured that there's a lack of institutional following of closed end funds. So it creates some very nice opportunities for investors that are paying close attention and understand the underlying funds,.de/lebens, the risks associated with them, and can take advantage of the opportunities. And right now in particular, as we're in this fall tax loss season, there's a lot of opportunity from a value standpoint more so than there's been in several years right now in closed end funds.
There are two elements driving values this year. One is if you look at the flow of funds going from individual investors up through May of 2013 when the taper talk began, retail investors have been pulling hundreds of billions of dollars out of fixed income funds. And that's mainly been in mutual funds. But they've been selling their closed end funds as well.
So what you see happen in the form of sentiment change is often expressed in the closed end funds. We've seen the median discount of a fixed income closed end fund move about 9% wider this year, which is a tremendous move for the entire market since April.
Then you couple the fact that there's been $25 billion of closed end fund issuance in the last two years and most of that, about 90% of it,moncler für kids, has been focused on income strategies primarily fixed income funds. So you have these people that have bought these funds, moncler jacken sale, some as recently as this May, and the majority of them are now underwater.
Not only are they trading at lower than their IPO prices, they're now trading in many cases at discounts of 5% or more. With some funds that we're looking at they're as wide as 13% and that just came literally a matter of months ago, because investors want out and there are not enough buyers lined up right now to take up the supply.
Forbes: So instead of individual stocks, you're looking at what is going in the funds markets.
Fertig: That's right. And it's affected equity funds a little as well although it's not to the same extreme because there hasn't been much supply, moncler jacken outlet. It's caused a little bit of down movement in the equity funds as well. But the fixed income funds are where the real price action has been.
Wallace (Wally) Forbes, moncler daunenmantel schwarz, CFA,moncler, is President of the Forbes Investors Advisory Institute (FIAI), the division of Forbes Media that publishes the Forbes Special Situation Survey, Forbes Growth Investor and is responsible for the Forbes participation in the Forbes/CFA Institute Investment Course published by Wiley.

Forbes,.de/lebens, founder of Forbes Magazine, served as Vice President and Director of Forbes, and President of Forbes Investors Advisory Institute, from 1964 to 1969. After leaving the company, he served as president and CEO of Standard Research Consultants, formerly a subsidiary of Standard and Poor's Corporation. He subsequently was a founder and partner in charge of Benchmark Valuation Consultants, which merged with KPMG Peat Marwick in 1987. Both firms specialized in the business valuation field. Bald Men and Their Missing Mustaches
It's a look you don't often see these days a gloriously smooth,?id=202, hairless head matched with a thick, bushy, louboutin homme pas cher, ultra masculine mustache.
From overwhelming anecdotal observation,?id=213, bald or balding men seem to prefer a five o'clock shadow, goatee or full beard to pair with a hairless scalp. Or even a soul patch, like the proudly hair free Howie Mandel.
The list of well known men sporting this look is seemingly unending: Sean Connery, louboutin burlesque, Andre Agassi, Samuel Jackson, chaussure louboutin femme magasin offres nouveau , just to name a few. All of them bald men with a masculine image, bottine louboutin, and all of them mustache free.
So when you look for bald men with a mustache, the relative lack of them is surprising. But Jordan's tiny mustache aside, prix escarpins louboutin sortie à la vente, there just aren't many bald men who favor the look these days.
But if you watch old movies or news reels, chaussure louboutin occasion, the bald head plus mustache look seemed to be more popular in the past, particularly among saloon keepers and turn of the century circus strongmen. What happened to diminish the look's popularity? Is it only a matter of fashion?
Could it Be the Genes?Perhaps some people believe it's biological. If you can't grow hair on your head, maybe it won't come in particularly well on your upper lip, either. But actually the reverse is true. That's because male pattern baldness is genetically driven.
This kind of hair loss is caused by the production of DHT (dihydrotestosterone) a sex hormone that helps produce body and facial hair, among other things. It also leads to male pattern baldness, thanks to some complex processes that result in thinning hair and the eventual closure of follicles.
So the irony of the situation is this: the hormone responsible for your beautiful, magasin louboutin paris, thick, healthy mustache or beard is the same hormone eliminating the hair on your scalp. So bald mustache lovers can rest easy not only is the health of their facial hair unaffected by male pattern baldness, chistian louboutin, it could be enhanced, thanks to DHT. And it's plausible that the testosterone/facial hair link is one of the reasons some people link baldness with virility or masculinity.
You Look MarvelousWhether you're a hardcore mustachioed Brooklyn hipster or just a casual wearer trying something new, wear your baldstache with pride. You might just be at the forefront of a new trend.

Ankle injury dogs Pup ahead of Ashes Test, moncler damen daunenjacke
Australia hosed down fears of an injury concern about captain Michael Clarke, moncler daunenjacken, who hurt an ankle at training yesterday.
Clarke appeared to roll his right ankle during fielding drills as Australia prepared for the second Ashes Test against England, starting on Thursday in Adelaide.
While Australia are confident of Clarke leading the team out on Thursday, paceman Ryan Harris dared England to push batsman Ian Bell into the pivotal first drop role for the second Ashes Test.
The tourists are considering Bell or Joe Root to replace Jonathan Trott as No 3 in their batting line up. Harris wants England to promote run machine Bell into the crucial batting position.
"It's a great loss with Trotty not there. It's going to be interesting to see who they put in there," Harris said yesterday.
"Hopefully it's Bell, because we get an earlier chance to get him out, that is what I'm thinking.
"I want to get him in there early, moncler schweiz. He did very well in that last series and he came in at times when they were under the pump and made big scores.
"It [No 3] obviously gives him more time to get in,?id=25, but it also gives us more time to have a crack at him."
England's batting coach, Graham Gooch, said Bell, who batted No 5 in the Brisbane opener, moncler jacken wien, and Joe Root, who batted six, were candidates for first drop.
"I'm not a believer in you've got to be very careful about looking after people in what number they bat, moncler outlet wien," Gooch said yesterday.

Fast bowler Harris said Trott's illness was out of bounds for the Australians.
"Jonathan has gone now and I'd be disappointed if anyone brings that up. It's not a nice thing that he's going through," Harris said.
"We want Jonathan Trott back playing cricket, moncler jacken online.
"The whole world does, the Australian team does because he's one of their best players . we want to play against their best team.

Taylor tons put NZ in charge against Windies
West Indies waste opportunities on green pitch
NZ openers both score half centuries (Updates at close of play)
Dec 3 (Reuters) Brendon McCullum and Ross Taylor capped a dominant day's play for New Zealand with centuries as the hosts reached 367 for three at the close of the first day of the first test against West Indies at University Oval in Dunedin on Tuesday, moncler jacke.
New Zealand captain McCullum was on 109,montcler, while Taylor was 103 not out as the home side's top order put the West Indies bowling attack to the sword on the picture postcard ground.
McCullum brought up his seventh test century with a wristy shot through midwicket off his 101st ball to end a drought of more than three years since he last reached the milestone, moncler weste rot.
Taylor followed shortly after for his ninth test century, when he flicked Tino Best down to fine leg for his 13th boundary from his 150th ball.
Openers Peter Fulton (61) and Hamish Rutherford (62) had given New Zealand a solid start but were both dismissed when they appeared well set to push on to big scores, moncler laden.
The visitors had gambled on their side's composition with Best and Shannon Gabriel the only front line pace bowlers with captain Darren Sammy taking the third seamer role.
Gabriel was particularly expensive, finishing none for 98 off 17 overs, but more importantly his poor deliveries allowed the home side to release the pressure that had been built by Best and off spinner Shane Shillingford.
HOSTILE BEST
Sammy had shown no hesitation in putting New Zealand in to bat, hoping his side would be able to utilise the green pitch and overcast conditions to put the hosts on the back foot early.
However,?id=22, Best and Gabriel failed to exploit the conditions by bowling too short of a length and Fulton and Rutherford capitalised, putting on 95 for the first wicket before Rutherford was dismissed shortly before lunch.
Rutherford, moncler jacken zürich, who made 171 on debut at the same ground against England in March, reached his half century in 60 balls but threw away his wicket when he was well caught by Narsingh Deonarine trying to hit Shillingford out of the ground.
West Indies' only period of dominance was for about an hour after lunch when a hostile Best dismissed Aaron Redmond for 20 and peppered Taylor with a barrage of short pitched deliveries.
Fulton also fell in the middle session when he pushed at a lifting delivery from Sammy and was snapped up by Kirk Edwards at second slip for 61 about 15 minutes before the tea break, moncler weste damen.
Taylor and McCullum saw the hosts through to tea then launched an aggressive attack in the final session as the pitch flattened out and became better for batting.
Taylor had been on 36 when he was joined by McCullum before tea,?id=63, but the New Zealand captain appeared to have decided once he was settled he would race Taylor to the mark.
He was particularly brutal against Shillingford, using his feet brilliantly to launch two massive sixes down the ground off the spinner and scored 103 runs in the final session.
The pair put on an unbroken partnership of 182 runs from 231 balls and at one point were scoring at nine runs an over.
Shillingford, who had been under a selection cloud following bio mechanical analysis of his action when he bowled the doosra, monclear, was arguably the pick of the visitors' bowlers.
The 30 year old had figures of one for 88 off 28 overs but was extracting little assistance from the pitch and got more expensive as the day wore on.
The second test is in Wellington from Dec. 11 15,?id=44, with the final game in Hamilton from Dec. 19 23. Thomson Reuters journalists are subject to an Editorial Handbook which requires fair presentation and disclosure of relevant interests.
