Mitchell
Mitchell is a not so popular character in Homestar Runner. He is never seen in the cartoons. But, He does appear in Homestar Runner fanfictions. Mitchell's user name on the Homestar Runner Fanstuff Wiki is "Mitchell00". Mitchell is mainly called "Michelle" by Strong Bad, Homsar and Homestar. But, Whenever he is angry, he has unbelievable stregth. Or as "humans" call it, "timetravel.exe"
He fancies himself as a criminal mastermind, and totally popular with the ladies. Mitchell answers emails with a passion, usually every day. His favorite saying is (or was for a time) "holy crap." And he likes to copy Strong Bad a lot. He is a stickler for grammar and spelling, and hates it when asked "Hey, Mitchell, {Insert a Complaint here}". He usually does what he does best when he gets an e-mail like that: DELETED!
He doesn't know it yet, but the Cheat has hidden a video camera in his computer room, which the Cheat uses to spy on him. Mitchell is sort of pals with the Cheat and likes to spy on Strong Bad with him, but he absoloutly hates it when the Cheat or Strong Bad spies on him instead. Mitchell is a terrific athlete, just like Homestar Runner, possibly better. Ever the butt of jokes, Mitchell is an earnest character with a clean heart and nothing but love for the rest of mankind.
Unfortunately, his absolute cluelessness and clumsiness keep him from realizing his full potential. Mitchell is a great spy in the Homestarmy and likes to give Strong Bad wedgies. Mitchell, with his blonde hair is quite a nice guy. He can play the piano, and owns an old keyboard. He is also good friends with Strong Sad, Marzipan and Homsar. But he is the worst of enemies with Strong Mad.
He was originally a human in the real world, but got transported through white space and the internet and zapped into the Homestar Runner multiverse, causing a new timeline to divide from the original one. He has slowly become one with the cartoon and is almost fully a Homestar Runner character, in the alternate timeline which he created.
He still wishes he could make it back to the real world, but until then, he is stuck here forever. Now that he is a mutant Homestar Runner character, his only choice is to stay because he'd be non-existant in the real world.

Anti-Mitchell
When Mitchell entered the Homestar Runner multiverse, a glitch struck the internet and found it's way to Mitchell himself, thus turning him back to his original human form, except evil. This new form of Mitchell (Anti-Mitchell) always carries around a scythe and a black jacket.
For people who need a picture of Anti-Mitchell, just look here and make the face look human with red dark eyes and blonde hair. Human hands as well. The picture is taken from a famous comic called "Grim Tales From Down Below" which follows the adventures of the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy.
