The first Regional AZA Board was reinstated at the end of the meeting. Liberty Region AZA will elect their third Regional Board while Liberty Region BBG will be electing their second Regional Board at Spring Fling 2014 in May. This is allowed because the AZA Liberty Region Constitution gives all power to the Kohen Godol, therefore allowing him to make a decree, even if a decree is not in Parliamentary Procedure because the Constitution allows Parliamentary Procedure to be suspended if it conflicts with the exceptions of the Consitution, such as the Kohen Godol Clause. |

The region covers Delaware, Pennsylvania(spanning from Harrisburg and to the east of it), and the lower part of New York(Binghamton).
