Virginia Council is the smaller council of the two in Eastern Region. In the counil lies two primary cities - Richmond and Tidewater. In Richmond there is one AZA and two BBG chapters - Monarch AZA, Tikvah BBG and Cohen BBG. In Tidewater there are two AZA and two BBG chapters - Old Dominion AZA, Dr. Israel Brown AZA, Simcha BBG and Kruger BBG.
