the N'siah is the female president of a BBG chapter/council/region. The hebrew word N'siah in direct translation means "guide." The position is very much like the [[Godol]]

==International N'siah==
The International N'siah is the International President who prosides over all International Bussiness meeting, she also serves on the BBYO Board of Governors and the B'nai B'rith Youth Commission. She supervises international Elections, as well as advising all international board members on appointing chairpeople.

The current International N'siah is Samantha Levinson , Northern Region East: NOVA council.
