After working with Google Writer I did not have high exeittacpons for another web 2.0 application where Microsoft Office had its own version. I have Microsoft Office on my computer (i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point ) and I think everything is very user friendly and I refer to them all the time for school. Zoho Sheets actually surprised me though, in a positive way. The sheet I created from Zoho Sheets was almost identicle to the spreadsheet I created on Microsoft Excel which is pretty good for a free online application. When using Zoho Sheets, it took me half the time to figure out how to format graphics, colors, the sheet itself etc. compared to how long it had taken me to recreate my lesson plan on Google Writer. Zoho Sheets was very easy to manuver around, the only thing I think I had trouble with was copy and pasting graphics which isn't a big deal. There was some limitations to Zoho compared to Microsoft Excel such as color choice, but I believe that is close to all that I noticed was not up to par with Microsoft Excel abilities. Oh and using sums might have been a little more complicated. Overall, I meant to rate Zoho a 4, but clicked on the third star by accident. This was not a bad experience in the least. I was pleased and would recommend using it to anyone that does not have Microsoft Excel.
