This looks deeelish! I often make 'deconstructed peigores,' which are potatoes and onions steamed in a frying pan with salt and pepper, topped with some mayonnaise (I put mayo on my peigores). This looks like similar comfort food.I have just started following your blog, I'm so glad that you are sharing your experiences!
