Council of The Winds

The Council of The Winds is the governing body that was set up for the Foxkin of Chilargentina.

The members of the council join from a number of ways (appointment from the council, leader of a tribe, etc), but in most cases they are voted in. The leader of the council is picked with other members of the council who will face a later vote for that position.

All members serve a three year term (with three terms the maximum number of terms they can hold). Each seat has three members who will debate the outcome of each vote. Each member of a seat is allow to vote for one of the three years they hold a seat, and the others they are to debate with the other two members. This means that no vote can be made without a fair vote.
