DA is the Prime Minister of Elled, and like all members of Elled's government is a mad scientist himself. He tends to specialise in light, though he has built a teleporter, which is more or less useless for battle since the only non-organic thing it can teleport is itself.
DA worked on the teleporter to see if he could find a way to repair the old broken ones. For some reason most of the teleporter tech is lost. And no successful replacement has been found for it.
On the Mad-Science Line he occupies the position of Tech
