- Uh-Oh was recorded in 2003, while the band was auditioning new bass players to replace Rob Savoy. He was replaced by Mary La Sang, who plays bass on this album.
- Many of the songs on this album were recorded only by Fred in his home study. "Can't Stay Here" was recorded by Griff in his home study. "Invincible" and "So Much The Better" are the only tracks recorded by the full band, a fact that created a lot of controversy in the Cowboy Mouth fan community.
