- Several tracks on this album were originally slated to be on an unreleased 1999 album from MCA.
- French Revolt and Thatswhati'mtalkinabout were written by Rob Savoy and are sung partially in Cajun French.
- The song China was a hit single in 1983 from John Thomas Griffith's band, the Red Rockers.
