Ooi Chong Seong could be the President and founder of Legenda Training Group (LEG). Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong with extra than a ten years of experience in the area of higher education, is recognised as being a pioneer of private tertiary training in Malaysia. Before the founding of LEG, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong held quite a few senior management positions, both in personal and public companies and is recognised as a prominent member from the business enterprise community.
He holds an Advanced Diploma in Organization in the Association of Organization Executives (“ABE”), Uk and Diploma in Advertising and marketing in the Chartered Institute of Advertising and marketing (“CIM”), United kingdom. He is also a Fellow member of both ABE and CIM. In August 2008, in recognition for his contribution to the state and his revolutionary function in the field of greater education in Malaysia, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong was awarded the Darjah Paduka Tuanku Jaafar (D.P.T.J) which carries the title Dato’ by the Yang Di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan. He was also recently awarded the award in the “10 Very best Overseas Chinese Entrepreneur” at the China Worldwide Economics & Technology Cooperation in 2010.
