Avellia is the largest continent on Minerva. It is located primarily in the northern hemisphere, although two of its peninsulas cross the equator into the southern hemisphere. Avellia contains a major world power named Senzanya.

Since Avellia is in the Northern Hemisphere, it experiences a warmer climate. Also, since its two peninsulas jet over the equator into the southern hemisphere, tourism is a big plus for the continent. It contains the Mitans mountain range, which stretches from the easternmost tip of Senzanya to deep within the nation of Mon Prath.
