Technology in Minerva is made possible by use of magic in Minerva. All technology in Minerva is magic-based, and this makes the use of technology very powerful.
Explanation
Since the technology is based on magic, it would make sense that the magic is generated from somewhere. The unit of magic is called the onui and its the unit of magic that technology is run on. The magic come from the general feeling of people in the area. People of all ages can run the different types of technology in Minerva.
