I've been thinking for a while, and I think 7507 might be overshooting the year a bit. If we pulled it back to, oh, say, 5507, we could say that the technology was in roughly the same stage of development in Minerva that it is on Earth--but I don't see how a society can have been growing for seven and a half millennia and only now be breaking out of the atmosphere.
