Relief for Pittsburgh Act

The Relief for Pittsburgh Act was introduced into the Senate by Pennsylvania Senator Kathryn Spencer in 2016 in response to the Pittsburgh budget crisis of 2015. It passed the Senate 17 votes to 5, but was not considered by the House of Representatives.
