Kyle Baccei was elected State Criminal Judge in 2001, serving for 7 years before becoming a State Representative. In 2012, he succesfully ran in a special election to the U.S. House. There, Kyle Baccei served as the Ranking Member of the House JUD Committee.

In 2016, Baccei ran for Governor of the Sunbelt. After a hard campaign against James Cheshire, Baccei was elected, winning 4,294,034 votes and capturing 48.2% of the vote.

He filled FEC to run for President in 2018, but soon withdrew and went back to his campaign for Governor. After some rallies, he retired, handing the nomination for Governor to Senator [[Mitchell Davis]] (who would then resign and retire from the race), and entered the race for Southwest Senator against Rep. [[Marcus Cavalier]], though he first had to move from Texas to Colorado.
